After ten years in the same industry, raking in a big ass salary, and living in an Insta-worthy suburban home—I looked around and realized…this doesn’t fit. 

First, the job. 

After nearly six years with the same company and staring at the same unbreakable ceiling, I called it. Time to shit or get off the pot. I left to build something of my own. Enter Cupalo —my technical staffing agency. My leap into entrepreneurship.

It was successful. Profitable. Growing.

Next, the house. 

We (My husband Peter —my ride-or-die-best-friend-in-the-whole-wide-world) sold the home, ditched most of our stuff, and hit the open road. Six months. All across America. Just us and the dogs, Airbnb to Airbnb.

Next, the company. 

Eighteen months into running a thriving agency, I had a gut-check moment: Just because it’s working doesn’t mean it’s mine.

I was solving the wrong problem. For me.

So, I pivoted Cupalo to serve a deeper purpose. To provide a life-changing coaching experience for high-achieving, type-A, the-weight-of-the-world-on-my-shoulders professionals who are ready to create a life that finally fits.
